Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Validation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing testing fixtures and systems using CAD modeling and rapid prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Document Testing Fixtures: Develop and document testing fixtures and systems using CAD modeling and rapid prototyping techniques.
  • Test Procedure Development: Assist in the development of test procedures for new product/component validation.
  • Testing and Analysis: Perform tests to evaluate mechanical/electrical systems of water conditioning equipment, collect, measure, and analyze samples based on directions from testing protocols.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Report testing results and prepare detailed reports, review and update standard operating procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in 5S continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, experience with 3-D modeling and 2-D drawing creation using Solidworks or similar software, and the ability to develop, build, and carry out test plans in a laboratory environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
