Neuro ICU RN Specialist

At Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neuro ICU RN Specialist to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification, with additional certifications as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of one year as an RN, with a minimum of one year of adult critical care experience and at least a year of related ICU experience.
