We're seeking an Infant Care Assistant to join our team at Wyndy LLC

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, located near 73506. As an Infant Care Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of our little one.

You'll work closely with the primary caregiver to develop a personalized care plan that meets the child's unique needs. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily childcare duties, including feeding, bathing, and soothing the infant
  • Collaborate with the primary caregiver to create a safe and engaging environment
  • Develop a strong understanding of the child's needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with the primary caregiver and other team members

Requirements:

  • Experience working with infants (0-12 months)
  • First aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
