About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Covenant Hobbs Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor, Manager, or Director.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Satisfactory completion of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • New Mexico Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Program - New Mexico Environment Department upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT) upon hire.
  • Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) upon hire.
