Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated Expansion Strategist to join our team at PAYCO ENTERPRISES INC in Southern California. This is a commission-only position, meaning you'll have the opportunity to earn a significant income based on your performance.

As a Growth Expert, you'll work closely with C-Level executives and business owners to simplify their lives and help them focus on what they love to do. Our team handles the back-end business services, implementing custom-built solutions to increase operational efficiency and provide management and accounting with the tools they need to succeed.

We're looking for a high-energy individual with a can-do attitude, who is willing to put in the work to build a portfolio of clients. As a commissioned sales professional, you'll have skin in the game and your compensation will continue to grow as you do.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to advance, learn, and grow within our organization. We offer a supportive team environment, free terminal and integration support for your clients, and a performance-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business expansion strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives and business owners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Applicable sales experience or prior formal education: A proven track record of commitment to success.
  • Excellent customer service skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and potential clients, listening to their needs and providing solutions.
  • Strong communication skills: The ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Persistence: The ability to bounce back from rejection and stay motivated in the face of challenges.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on performance and experience. We offer a competitive commission structure, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
