RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Geriatrician to join our team in Hamilton, NJ. As a Geriatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our elderly patients, with a focus on inpatient, outpatient, and teaching responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive geriatric care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals in geriatric medicine.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Board-certified in Family Medicine/Geriatrics.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey.
- Commitment to excellence in care and service.
