Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement occupational therapy interventions to achieve patient outcomes and goals
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Licensure to practice occupational therapy in the State of Idaho
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in acute care settings
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A schedule that includes working Tuesday-Saturday with varying shifts is required.
CompensationThis position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as shift differentials for evening and night shifts.
