Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at MSI. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

• Deliver materials safely and efficiently, utilizing an electric pallet jack to unload pallets at each delivery location.
• Assist in the loading, unloading, and proper securing of cargo.
• Skillfully position blocks, ties, straps/chains, and binders for cargo securement.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and operate vehicles safely at all times.
• Exhibit patience and a polite demeanor towards fellow road users.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt to changing conditions, prioritize a customer-centric approach, and uphold a commitment to delivering quality service.
• Work independently while maintaining focus.

• Valid Class C Driver's License.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience with heavy-duty vehicles.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working in a warehouse.
• Comfortable with making local deliveries with multiple stops.
• Electric pallet jack experience for unloading pallets.
• Successful completion of driving test and all DOT pre-employment requirements.
• Safety-minded with proficiency in maintaining a legal and accurate logbook.
• Capable of understanding and interpreting bill of landing/picking sheets.
• Previous experience utilizing an iPad or tablet is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Competitive hourly rate of $23-$24 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate.
• New hires usually earn between $65,000 and $75,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
