Job Title: Mobility Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Administrator to join our team at Insight Global. As a Mobility Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our company's mobility and telecom operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and execute assigned projects and/or programs according to requirements, including contracting, account consolidation, and inactive device cleanup.
  • Manage wireline and wireless billing through contracted services or portals, working with vendor teams, Accounts Payable, and business units to resolve issues.
  • Make Contract Plan changes to resolve issues or optimize billings, and provide monthly optimizations and savings reporting adjustments to plans.
  • Manage mobility and telecom vendors, including engagement, QBRs, contracts, and AP escalations.
  • Configure and manage telecom internet portals and access, coordinate escalated repair issues with vendors, and suspend services as needed.
  • Provide custom reporting to better understand sub-organizational billing, and perform end-of-month reporting for Intune Billing.
  • Manage Tangoe TEM provider corrections, escalations, catalog, and inventory, and place direct vendor orders when needed.
  • Offer white-glove support for executive leadership during international travel and account management.
  • Manage satellite phone services, including invoicing, service, and contract management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent, with a focus in telecom management and familiarity with telco carriers, contracts, and operations.
  • Knowledge of diverse business matters, including IT, marketing, and HR.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with telecom management terms, platforms, and services, preferably Tangoe.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with mobility carriers on behalf of the company.
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills, and aptitude in creative problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field, with a Master's degree in a specialized business field being an advantage.
