About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team at Amethyst Capital. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and driving brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns about specific products in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, especially during peak times.
  • Keep customers informed about discounts and special offers through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Execute the measurement and installation of branding materials at retailer locations.
  • Work closely with retailers to develop promotional materials and assignments that meet their requirements.
  • Engage directly with retailers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Daily interaction with customers in premier retail locations to provide personalized support.
  • Attend team and client meetings to discuss progress and goals.
  • Track individual and team sales goals on a weekly basis to drive performance improvement.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with consumers and clients to foster loyalty and growth.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse customer groups and peers.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability to navigate changing priorities.
  • Self-starter mentality, thriving both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, encompassing day, evening, and weekend commitments.

Perks:

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year salary (commensurate with experience).
