Delivery Specialist

As a Delivery Specialist at Insomnia Cookies, you will be our main point of contact with customers outside of the store. You will be responsible for delivering our cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely and safe manner.
Job Responsibilities- Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of the surrounding area is a plus.
- A smartphone with data plan.
- The ability to pass a motor vehicles background check.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
