Job Title: Case Manager

Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to families and youth in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each family or youth.
  • Provide education and support to families and youth on topics such as parenting, life skills, and goal setting.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to ensure comprehensive support for families and youth.
  • Attend court hearings and provide testimony as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with no more than 6 points on driving record.
  • Ability to travel between appointments to service clients within their community.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to current confidentiality practices.
  • Appreciation for and ability to respond to cultural differences.
