Job Summary

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team. As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting refrigerated goods across the country.

  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Average weekly pay of $1,500 - $2,200
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport refrigerated goods.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of driving time and cargo.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Home Time: Flexible schedule with the option to be home every other week.

Route Information: Out-and-back lanes primarily serving destinations in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, and the Southeast region.

Requirements:

  • At least 23 years old
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Minimum of 3 years of OTR experience within the last 3 years, operating a 53 ft trailer.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a urine drug test.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Valid DOT Medical Card.
