Located at our corporate headquarters, this role will entail providing guidance and support in the selection, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of information technology solutions and business process transformation initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in manufacturing systems, financial applications, development tools, and data architectures, collaborating with data stakeholders to deliver insights and analytical tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science or a related discipline is essential
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and/or ERP application software development, implementation, and support, or equivalent academic experience
  • Proficient programming skills
  • Experience with ERP or other integrated systems
  • Application analysis and support capabilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365, SQL, and MS Office
  • Experience with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SSRS
  • Knowledge of Ross ERP, IBM Cognos, or MS Reporting Services, Oracle 11g, SQL 2012
  • Understanding of financial reporting
  • Experience with data warehousing or BI/Reporting technologies
  • Background in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with Help Desk Systems
  • Application security administration experience
  • Proficient in project documentation
