About the Role

• Prepare a diverse range of food items with speed and accuracy, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations.
  
• Work in a well-designed kitchen with ample working areas, including line cook positions in various stations and kitchen prep roles.
  
• Maintain equipment and surroundings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve consistent preparation and delivery of food items, adhering to our high standards.
  
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during each shift.
  
• Prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications, following guidance from management.
  
• Practice food safety and sanitation, restock kitchen and cook line as needed, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Demonstrate the ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, work in hot and cold environments, and stand for long periods.
  
• Exhibit excellent vision, including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus.
