Key Responsibilities- Janitorial Services: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, checking appliances, and making minor repairs as needed.
- Landscaping and Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior of our community center, including mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, and watering plants and flowers.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule regular maintenance for our company vehicles, including oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Facility Maintenance: Schedule annual maintenance for our facility's heating and air conditioning units, lawn mower, and snow blower.
- Storage and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our storage areas, including garages and sheds.
- Delivery and Pickup: Assist with the pickup and delivery of donations and commodities, as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and approved driver status from TSA's insurance carrier.
- Experience: Minimum six months of custodial or related experience, and minimum one year of facility maintenance experience.
