We are seeking a skilled ER Nurse to join our team at TotalMed. As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for providing rapid assessment and treatment to patients with emergent medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes.
You will monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition, adjusting care plans as necessary to address emergent needs. Additionally, you will advocate for patients' needs and coordinate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialty services.
You will also educate patients and their families on post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and community resources for ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current RN license
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
- Two years of recent ER RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 - $126,400 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits that include 401(k), licensure, relocation, reimbursements, continuing education, and housing opportunities in Auburn, Washington.
