EnviroPest is a comprehensive pest and wildlife management firm, based in Loveland and serving Northern Colorado. We are in search of an engaging, proactive individual to join our office team as a Client Support Specialist.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage starting at $16.00 (based on experience and other factors).

Position Responsibilities:

This role involves managing incoming calls, educating clients about services, scheduling appointments, processing payment information, supporting our pest control technicians, addressing customer concerns, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Duties:
  • Coordinate initial operations for new clients, including providing essential pest knowledge and treatment options, entering relevant information into our proprietary scheduling system, answering inquiries, promoting suitable service options, scheduling technicians, and managing route adjustments.
  • Promote additional products and services to both existing and new clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records, including payment details, requested services, and other variable account information. Prepare reports as necessary.
  • Effectively troubleshoot challenging situations and resolve issues promptly and independently.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
