Banquet Server

Job Summary:

As a Banquet Server with Genesis Global Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that every event runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure rooms are set as contracted
* Confirm and setup A/V equipment needs for events
* Prepare rooms for use, adjusting lights, sound volumes, and temperature as needed
* Communicate with the Banquet Coordinator regarding special needs
* Assist in ensuring events are on time and make adjustments as needed
* Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Conference Center

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.

Working Conditions:

The noise level in this environment is usually moderate to high. The employee will work in a restaurant/banquet environment.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* High school diploma or equivalent required
