Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Knowledge Manager to support the DoD CIO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the DoD CIO DoD365 Knowledge Management environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the DoD365 environment for the DoD CIO client in accordance with Microsoft best practices.
  • Assist with organizing and managing content in accordance with Knowledge Management best practices.
  • Automate business processes using DoD365 out of the box and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Act as liaison with software vendors and technical experts for problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Gather requirements, design, build, test, debug, configure, and document solutions.
  • Provide assistance, training, and routine consultation to users to facilitate adoption of DoD365.
  • Support SharePoint Online Lists comprising the Command-and-Control Data Model to ensure new data elements are correctly incorporated and documented in the Data Dictionary (SharePoint list).
  • Provide SharePoint out of the box solutions and support for data calls and collaboration efforts to maintain and update the enterprise decision structure for DoD CIO's PBR process on the SIPRNet SharePoint portal.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the tasking or 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in KM best practices and solutions development using Microsoft 365 (DoD365) to include Office, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and focused on priorities in a dynamic and multifaceted environment.
Work Environment
  • Contract length: 5 years.
  • Work location: Hybrid, with in-office work required 2-3 days per week.
