Job Description
">- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing information on NIKE products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of NIKE products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
Key Performance Indicators
">- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and product features.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect among colleagues.
Requirements
">- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
