Job Summary

Chicago Fittings Corp. is a leading manufacturer of industrial fittings, and we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative & Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and vendors in a professional manner, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage reception duties, prepare and enter invoices, process receiving records, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Support: Assist with special projects, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an office environment and 1-3 years in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, data entry, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
