Job Overview

As a Relationship Banker at SECU, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing them with personalized financial solutions and guidance. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, identifying and meeting the financial needs of our members, and promoting SECU's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential members to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and guidance to members, including product recommendations and financial planning.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow SECU's membership and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services to members.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to members.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
