Lead Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized cash wrap area.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and engage each guest, provide personalized service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals, including retail and service sales, omni-channel, and guest loyalty.
- Cash Wrap Management: Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area, ensure accurate transactions, and control cash and media according to company policies.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training of new cashiers and cross-train other associates in cashiering.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, engage and influence peers to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Education: High school diploma preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Proficient with basic technology, excellent written and verbal communication, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
