- Training and Development: Provide training and support to help individuals develop essential life skills, including self-advocacy, self-preservation, and whole health.
- Goal Achievement: Support individuals to set and achieve their goals, helping them to fulfill their hopes and dreams.
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, and six months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or equivalent education as a CNA or Health Care Tech.
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
- Benefits Package: Paid Time Off, holiday pay, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, short/long-term disability, and a 401(k) retirement plan with 3.5% agency contribution.
