Nuclear Medicine Specialist

Nuclear Med Techs play a vital part in patient care by performing nuclear medicine procedures. They ensure patient safety and accurate imaging in Nuclear Med Tech settings. Collaboration with the Nuclear Med Tech team is essential for optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nuclear medicine procedures to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging purposes.
• Operate gamma cameras and other nuclear medicine equipment to acquire images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, providing clear instructions and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
Requirements:
• ARRT (N) certification
• BLS certifications
• Two years of recent Nuclear Med Tech experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
