We are seeking a skilled and experienced Overnight Cleaning Lead to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of cleaners, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members to ensure high-quality cleaning services
  • Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Report performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with the training of new cleaning team members
  • Coordinate work assignments and schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings
  • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
  • Report work orders for maintenance and ensure timely completion
  • Ensure premises are secured at all times
  • Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
  • Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager
  • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
  • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
  • Complete order forms completely and accurately
  • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • One (1) year of similar work experience preferred
