Commitment Duration:

Engage in a two-year commitment by completing four six-month assignments. This structure allows for deep engagement with each community, gaining valuable insights from varied clinical experiences, and fostering mutual growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to state practice acts governing physical therapy and supervision regulations.
  • Complete all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
  • Evaluate, treat, and manage patients requiring physical therapy, documenting the necessity of treatment clearly.
  • Transition to a new location every six months as part of the Outpatient Travel PT Program.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Possibly work at different clinics as part of the Outpatient Travel PT Program rotation.
  • Encourage open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and third-party payors.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT program.
  • Possession of a valid State Physical Therapist License.
  • Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
