Primary Care Physician

Adventist Health St. Helena is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician with a focus on Lifestyle Medicine (Preventative Medicine) to join our forward-thinking clinic. Our model emphasizes preventative care and personalized wellness, offering a unique opportunity for physicians passionate about making a significant impact in patient health through individualized strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Personalized Primary Care: Focus on preventive medicine and lifestyle management to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Evaluate patient health through lifestyle evaluations and health risk analyses.
- Develop and Adjust Wellness Plans: Review and interpret lab results to create tailored wellness plans for patients.
- Engage in Patient Consultations: Conduct in-depth, one-on-one patient consultations to address health goals and concerns.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to patients through direct communication.
- Participate in Virtual Call Coverage: Participate in virtual call coverage for one weekend per month, managed through phone or email.
- Board Certification: Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field.
- Preventive Medicine Experience: Proven experience in preventive medicine and lifestyle management.
- Commitment to Patient-Centered Care: Strong commitment to delivering personalized, patient-centered care.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support patients through both in-person and virtual interactions.
- Virtual Call Coverage: Ability to handle virtual call coverage efficiently (one weekend a month).

Benefits: We offer a competitive wage scale, with a range of $300,000-$318,000, and additional bonuses. Our employed model provides a comprehensive benefits package, including total compensation and benefits.
