**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer - Technical Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Procurement Engineering activities to support Plant Operations, including determining technical procurement requirements and maintaining configuration control.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the implementation of Procurement Engineering processes and programs.
- Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned.
- Assist with the analysis of equipment commercial grade dedication material evaluations and classifications.
- Complete Procurement Engineering training and qualification requirements.
**Requirements**
- External Minimum Qualification: Engineer 2: Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science, or related field with two (2) years experience.
**Preferred Qualification:**
- PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Passport, Hyperion).
- Data analysis skills.
