Position Overview:
Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide essential support to our residents. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of those in our care.

Compensation:
We offer competitive pay rates of up to $24.50 per hour for full-time hires, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for full-time positions and $750 for part-time roles.

Shift Differentials:
We recognize the importance of evening and night shifts and offer shift differentials to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
The Certified Nurse Aide will:
1. Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, mobility support, and hydration.
2. Monitor and report on residents' food and fluid intake, as well as any health concerns to the supervising nurse.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces.
4. Transport residents within the facility as needed.
5. Adhere to professional standards and comply with all facility policies and procedures.
