## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Crossroads Care Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a residential health care setting. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents, and we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join us.

## Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
* Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
* Administer medications
* Provide wound and treatment care
* Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with facility nursing policy and procedure
* Address problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review

## Qualifications

* Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
* Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
* Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
