Salary: Up to $130,000 on average First Year Total Compensation.

Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Plumber Installation and Repair Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing systems in residential and light-commercial environments. You will work under general supervision and be expected to assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. As a key member of our team, you will communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. You will also promote products and services to customers and work under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and repair plumbing systems carrying water, steam, chemicals, and fuel in heating, cooling, lubricating, and other process piping systems.
  • Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.
  • Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers or levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job and formal classroom training in plumbing work in construction, maintenance, commercial, and residential environments. Four years' experience in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation, including on-the-job training, is preferred. A plumbing and/or gas license as required by local, state, provincial, or national governmental regulations is necessary. EPA and safety certifications are also required. Current knowledge of national, state, and local plumbing code regulations is essential. Proficient mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various plumbing projects are crucial. Effective communication skills to communicate with customers and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns are also necessary.
