We are seeking a highly skilled Class A CDL OTR driver to join our team at Quality Carriers. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, utilizing your expertise in tanker and hazmat endorsements.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods across the country, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to tanker and hazmat endorsements.
- Participate in pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, other drivers, and company personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Valid CDL-A with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
- Must-have or be willing to obtain a TWIC card.
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years or 1 year of tanker experience in the last 10 years.
- Average weekly gross pay of $2,100.
- $7,500 sign-on bonus.
- $3,000 driver referral bonus program with no limit on the number of referrals.
- Out 2 weeks, home 3-4 days.
- Runs all 48 states, mostly east of the Rockies.
- Average weekly miles of 2,800.
- Paid orientation and on-the-job training.
- Insurance coverage starting the first of the month after 60 days.
- 401(k) plan available starting the first of the month after 60 days.
- Paid time off - up to 3 weeks in the first year, full 3 weeks after the first year.
