The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and education. We are seeking a qualified School Paraprofessional in Anoka, MN, to join one of our trusted school districts for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will possess minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and have a strong background in special education.

• This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a High School Diploma or equivalent, with either 60 college credits or passage of the parapro exam. Candidates must also be able to pass a drug and background check.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality support to students with diverse needs.

The interview process will consist of a 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter, followed by a 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the school district. Offers are typically extended within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
