Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans
- Regularly reassess treatment plans and communicate with the treatment team, physician, and family members
- Perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for home and community safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team to ensure collaboration and coordination of care
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
