A Fashion Stylist at Free People contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine experience to each customer. This role is all about creating a personalized and engaging shopping experience that showcases our brand's unique style and aesthetic.

• Brand Experience: Act as a brand representative, reflecting the company values and driving the store experience on the sales floor through an energized pace.
• Initiate conversations, share advice, and product knowledge to interact with customers in every zone in a personalized and genuine way.
• Utilize technology to stay informed on events and special offers in-store and online, enhancing the customer experience with an omni perspective.

• Teamwork + Communication: Contribute to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.

• Visual + Business Operations: Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Support the shipment process to gain awareness of products, including what's new and what's reship.
• Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and uphold all company policies and procedures to support the profitability of the store.

• Love for the FP brand.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: Starting from USD $16.50/Hr.
