We are seeking a talented Cognitive Specialist to join our team at LifeStance Health in Uxbridge, MA.

We're looking for a skilled Cognitive Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing testing intakes and planning assessment batteries
• Administering neuropsychological measures and interpreting data
• Writing reports and providing feedback sessions
• Clarifying diagnoses and developing treatment plans

To be successful as a Cognitive Specialist at Lifestance Health, you'll need:

• A doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Board certification or board eligibility (ABPP, ABCN)
• Full licensure in Massachusetts
