About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Consulting Specialist to join our team at Engineering Systems, Inc. As a key member of our forensic consulting team, you will be responsible for conducting complex investigations into electrical equipment failures, fires, and explosions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive investigations: Lead teams of investigators to conduct thorough on-site inspections of electrical equipment failures, fires, and explosions, gathering evidence and analyzing data.
- Analyze data and evidence: Interpret complex data and evidence to determine the root cause of electrical system failures.
- Prepare technical reports: Write detailed reports documenting your findings, including conclusions and recommendations for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required; a Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience: You should have at least 10 years of experience in forensic consulting, with a strong background in electrical system analysis and investigation.
- Professional Engineer License: A Professional Engineer License is required; CFEI or CFI Certification is preferred.
