About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our esteemed team at the Swedish First Hill Campus. As a key member of our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will provide round-the-clock care to critically ill children, utilizing advanced medical technology to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in our 6-bed PICU, ensuring the well-being of critically ill children.
  • Engage in family-centered care, offering support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals committed to comprehensive pediatric care.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • A competitive compensation package, including a base salary between $280,501 and $386,740 per year, as well as productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives.
  • Qualifications include board-certification or board-eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort with pediatric deep sedation.
