We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at BKOutlooks. As an HR Generalist, Corrections, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR/ER operations within a correctional facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee relations, including investigations and personal matters
* Be the point of contact for employees, including custodial roles and other positions
* Maintain confidentiality
* Maintain various MS Excel spreadsheets
* Attend Operations & Safety Meetings
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 3-5 years of related experience
* Experience at a correctional facility a plus
* Ability to handle challenging situations/environment and with compassion
