EisnerAmper is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Belonging and Inclusion initiatives. As the Manager of Belonging, you will be responsible for executing our firm-wide mission of creating a culture where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing effective DEI strategies and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement multi-year DEI strategies to drive business outcomes and increase retention
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to embed DEI into all People Processes
- Design and deliver training programs and professional development opportunities for partners and colleagues
- Manage firm-wide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure alignment with firm objectives
- Develop and implement a communications strategy to promote awareness of DEI issues and drive business outcomes
- 3+ years of DEI experience in a business strategy, program management, or strategic planning role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a related discipline
- DEI certification(s) or related experience with a professional services firm
- Knowledge of current industry best practices, trends, and techniques
