Position Overview

As an Automotive Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional mechanical repairs in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and standards.

We aim to assemble a team of skilled, dedicated, and enthusiastic professionals to enhance our service offerings for our clientele.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and determine required vehicle repairs and maintenance, provide cost estimates, procure necessary components, execute vehicle repair and maintenance tasks, adhere to dealership compliance and training protocols as per manufacturer guidelines, maintain a tidy, organized, and safe workspace, engage in mandatory training (both manufacturer and company), complete manufacturer training to conduct: warranty repairs/recalls, pre-delivery inspections, maintenance, and mechanical repairs, uphold a positive demeanor, demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, comply with company policies and procedures, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient mechanical knowledge and skills, customer-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, effective time management, organizational skills, team player, adept problem-solving capabilities, prior experience in a dealership setting with Stellantis/MOPAR experience preferred, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, capacity to manage multiple tasks; valid driver's license and satisfactory mechanical work experience are essential.
