Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Utilize your product knowledge to promote sales, drive add-on sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure the sales floor, stockroom, and visual displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Support Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually appealing displays, maintaining store fixtures, and ensuring a consistent brand image.
  • Work Collaboratively with the Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: A plus, but not required.
  • Ability to Multitask and Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Fashion Focus and Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to Reach and Bend: Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, shoe poles, etc.
