Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and shipments within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and Pulling: Select and retrieve inventory items from storage locations, accurately and efficiently.
  • Packing and Shipping: Prepare and package items for domestic and international shipments, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift 40-50lbs independently, stand for most of the shift, bend, stoop, and turn.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant systems.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts in a warehouse setting, familiarity with shipping materials, and the use of bills of lading.
