About the RoleWe are seeking a Physician/Resident Pathways Program candidate who will join our team in Fishkill, NY. This opportunity provides a unique chance to develop your clinical skills and expertise while working with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in a comprehensive program designed to enhance your final months of training and prepare you for a successful career in medicine.
- Develop a deeper understanding of value-based care models and population health initiatives.
- Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice will ease your transition from training into practice.
- MD or DO degree.
- PGY3 or Chief Resident in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Program.
- Desire to practice out-patient care in NY state post-residency.
