This role involves visiting residential and commercial properties to effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various air conditioning and heating systems. If you are a proficient Service Technician looking for a stable environment with opportunities for professional growth, this position may be ideal for you.
Our HVAC Service Technicians typically follow a flexible schedule, working Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional overtime, weekend, and on-call duties for 24-hour service availability.
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $27 to $37, depending on experience, along with a $1000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Our benefits package includes six paid holidays annually and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy that accrues based on tenure:
- 40 hours - from start through year 3
- 80 hours - from year 3 through year 6
- 120 hours - from year 7 through year 19
- 160 hours - from year 20 onwards
We also match your current annual PTO. Our HVAC Technicians are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental options, pre-tax AFLAC plans, AD&D and term life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Additionally, a company vehicle is provided for travel between job sites.

Qualifications for HVAC Technician
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or service technician roles, or equivalent education
- EPA certification is required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
