About the Job
Collect vital information from new Residents during admission.
i Record health details, including vital signs and temperature.
i Administer medications and injections as required.
i Provide treatment and care for wounds and bedsores.
i Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as necessary.
i Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
i Monitor and document Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
