  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure student success.
  • Collect data on student progress and provide regular updates to the supervising BCBA to inform instruction and support.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' learning and behavioral goals, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress to ensure student success.
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Prior experience working with high school students, especially in a Life Skills program, is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and communication.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a commitment to supporting students' learning and behavioral growth.
  • Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm.
