Bopat Electric Company is seeking an experienced Senior Electrician - Operations to join our team. This key role involves supervising an electrical crew, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical construction, with prior supervisory experience. They will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating work, as well as providing training and guidance to crew members.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical crew to ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate work to meet project deadlines
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members
  • Maintain knowledge of NEC, local and state electrical codes, and regulations
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
